- For companies like our who are using legacy EBS platform, transition to Oracle [Cloud] HCM is an imperative. We liked the SaaS model offering for ease of transition and business fitment.
- We did not try to replicate everything from the legacy system to the cloud model. As we were fully aware that our process needed improvements first. So we took the opportunity of standardizing our processes across legal entities to have minimum deviations. This helped us configure about 80% of our process easily.
- We actively engaged with the product development team to have our business requirements addressed without making irreversible customization requests. Surely this helped the platform head in the right direction and we got what is needed.

- We've had changes to our account managers that have been confusing. We lost our months ago and still have not been assigned a new one. They are very helpful as they take the time to understand how you use the system and ways to make it even better.
- Reporting is overwhelming.
- Searching is cumbersome. Sometimes I just want to look up a phone number who called me, but I can't because of the formatting.

I would say that we are very likely to renew with iCIMS. They seem to continuously be improving their product based on the feedback from their clients. In addition, the thought have having to go through another implementation of this level is daunting and as long as the software continues to meet the business needs of the company and provides the appropriate level of support we will most likely stay. Costs regarding future renewals will also impact this decision and if necessary we will go to market to evaluate other options.

Taleo does what we need it to do and based on the costs from both a time and money perspective, I don't see us changing anytime soon. If anything I think we will look to leverage the capabilities available that we may not already be using.

It could be a bit more user-friendly for the hiring managers and those folks that do not have much experience with systems like these. I feel like the design of it appears intimidating to them and they decide they don't know what to do even before they have tried anything. I think it might be nice to have a more basic platform as far as visual appearance and usability for regular users and save the "techie" platform for the admin users who are more likely to be well-trained in how to navigate the suite.

After the initial training's, it was quite intuitive to use the application.The application is based upon best practices and the overall flows are quite logical.The train stop approach also ensures that users understand where they are in the process cycle. There is always ample advance notice before the software goes down for maintenance and this is usually done at off-peak hours. As for system failures - I can't think of any that have effected us in over two years od use.

I would say I believe iCims online training is very good. It's informative, visually appealing, and simple in explaining all the different aspects of iCims. I also really like the new candidate onboarding, and all the other training curricula you have up to be able to inform or send out to the candidate. I like you can attach a URL link for videos as well so you can really customize the training. I feel that overall, I would like to see more. Perhaps, more robust options with the training, if that's something iCims is expanding on in the future.

There is a lot of potential on Fusion. We have reaped about 10% of potential benefits. Especially on Workforce Intelligence, the opportunities are huge. The reason why we do not use the solution at its full potential is not in the product (which is simple and transparent). A roadmap is under construction to bring more of its potential to the end user.
