I found Less Annoying CRM to be infinitely easier to use and navigate. Much simpler and easier to learn. As business owners, we have so much to do everyday and learning a new system can feel intimidating. Less Annoying CRM has never once made me feel that way. If I need extra …
I didn't use other platforms long - they required too much learning from me and presented a sense of overwhelm that drove me back to my spreadsheets. Less Annoying CRM was easy from the beginning. It says what it is on the tin.
Less Annoying CRM is so much easier to use and is at least as powerful if not more in the areas that matter to me as a small business owner. The way you do things in Less Annoying CRM are the ways that common sense would dictate you do them. It doesn't overcomplicate things …
No CRM comes ready to run out of the box. But Less Annoying CRM is close to it. It all comes down to your needs . To get started Less Annoying CRM is by far the fastest and easiest route. Less Annoying CRM doesn't have all the bells and jingles rather more or less what you …
Simpler and more versatile than Pipedrive, where I actually get to speak with a customer service rep rather than be provided instructional recorded videos when I need help.
The name says it all. Less Annoying CRM is less annoying. I don't have to invest vast amounts of time learning or bypassing features I will never use. I don't have to pay for those features either. Less Annoying CRM is much more intuitive, so I don't have to waste type learning …
We chose Less Annoying CRM because when searching for a good CRM, we found this program had everything we needed at an affordable rate. When you are a private business owner, you have several business expenses, so to get everything we needed in the price range that was also …
HubSpot has a huge selection of tools, reports, integrations and supports that Less Annoying does not have. It is not comparable in price or functionality - but I am comparing it because it was the last CRM I used before I used Less Annoying, and it made me realize that if you …
Insightly turned out to be so rigid, it did not meet our needs. They were very hard to get in contact with, never by placing a call. And they have questionable business practices, forced us into paying for another year of service we had no intention of using. Their product …
I stopped using Salesforce because it has way too much stuff in it that I would never use. I consider LACRM a client management tool as well as a CRM, I don't need it to follow trends, forecast, or mass email. I am sure it may have some capabilities of these features but I will …
I used ACT! heavily in the 1990's to great success in my sales/account management job. It was a great tool at the time. But it seems ACT! hasn't kept up with the market and the current reviews reflect it - "clunky," "out of date," "cumbersome" were common in many of the …
I did not like Salesforce because it was over engineered for what a sales person. The cells were too small to read easily when entering contacts. There were lots of irrelevant cells in the contact form. Required fields (I know this was our administrator) were excessive and not …
keap does better if you want to spend the money to create fully automated campaigns. If you want a CRM that helps manage prospect and clients Less Annoying CRM wins
Less Annoying CRM is easier to use than all of the CRMs that I listed here, but I’m sure all those other ones have a place for those companies and I’m sure that they optimize the data flow and all that other good stuff. Frankly, Less Annoying CRM is just so much easier and …
The Zoho system is free and gives a long trial product. The salesforce brand is well known, and I wanted to try a good European crm product. The account manager was South African and very friendly. The system was trained on a demo, whereas Zoho did not offer an account …
Salesforce Starter is exactly what it says. It's specific to getting a small business up and running effectively, without unnecessary development or internal overhead required. It doesn't allow for a ton of customization, but it provides more than most other providers across …
We selected SalesforceIQ over insightly because of the email automation they offered. Their app also seemed to be a little more robust. I highly recommend a trial before you make a decision. The trial with SalesforceIQ is what sold us on the product.
Less Annoying CRM is an excellent system for us as we log everything we do with a customer and has easy access to the imfromation later. May sound "of course" but this is by far the easiest CRM I've ever worked with during my 30 years in sales. Follow-up and scheduling is easy managable as well as designing forms and fields our selves. Less Annoying CRM has a good list of plug'ins to other software for integrational puposes. Most important to us is support when needed. Less Annoying CRM excels in its support. Don't hesitate, it doesn't do everything, but get started and get surprised
SalesforceIQ is a perfect CRM to start with and get your organization used to tracking customer contact. It was an easy setup and well adopted. It allowed us to rollout completely in just 30 days. We have seen a large increase in our ability to communicate. It may be lacking in some items if you already have a tracking method but was the perfect starting point for us.
Ease of moving calendar / action items around, closing out
Customer service is extremely responsive, they don't hide behind a "contact us" form on their website as so many companies seem to do. You can readily reach them by phone!
Sales CRM with built-in guidance and reminders to manage and track opportunities.
Self-service for customers and internal employee needs. Integrates forms and chatbots very easily into your existing website.
Guided setup with inherent flows to make transitioning from legacy systems to new age cloud-based technologies
Integrates with Outlook and Gmail extremely well. Includes the Salesforce Inbox mobile app to link records with calendar and email. Email reminders included automatically.
The Salesforce Mobile App comes with Starter, making it super easy to work on the go, even in remote areas.
The one thing I was looking for is a place to manage multiple businesses with one project. Like if I am selling a "summer camp guide," I would like to have info for sales in one place with multiple contacts and businesses. LACRM customer service provided a workaround for me by suggesting I set up a specific pipeline for each project and them put each business in there. It is working great and, actually, a much better way to manage the project than I have originally intended.
I really don't have anything else to add. LACRM is perfect for us.
Table views can be sorted by column. Filters can be applied, but only to one column. Multi-column filtering like Excel allows would be extremely useful and a big improvement.
The ability to quick copy data in a table view would also be helpful, like (ctrl ') in excel.
I knew nothing about CRMs, and within a day of purchasing Less Annoying CRM, I was able to set up my contacts list with custom fields. After a brief call to Customer Service, I was able to set up my first pipelines and understand how to use them. This CRM is so simple to use, and extremely versatile.
easy to use, training is intuitive and can be peer taught if needed. Not overly complex so that users can get started within a very short period of time.
Customer support is fantastic with these guys, they’re always very prompt to answer, and the team is very personable and easy to work with. I can’t really say much more than that, my interactions have been fairly limited, but what interactions I had, I can see without a shadow of a doubt they were very enjoyable and swift in resolving my issues.
After explaining that I was moving from Salesforce and the problems I was encountering, they took over and implemented the data in such a quick and efficient way, I was looking for the other shoe to drop but they did an amazing job so very impressed
I found Less Annoying CRM to be infinitely easier to use and navigate. Much simpler and easier to learn. As business owners, we have so much to do everyday and learning a new system can feel intimidating. Less Annoying CRM has never once made me feel that way. If I need extra help, I love that it's easy to find the answers I'm looking for.
Salesforce Starter is exactly what it says. It's specific to getting a small business up and running effectively, without unnecessary development or internal overhead required. It doesn't allow for a ton of customization, but it provides more than most other providers across sales, service, and integration/automating business processes. Some tools are more specific to organizations that want to focus on a specific area to grow or manage their business. That's where the other package types and integrations with specific tools come in
