I find that Lusha is well suited as a secondary data source. It doesn't seem to have a developed enough database to be your primary data enrichment tool, so if a sales team was looking to only utilise one data tool, I wouldn't suggest Lusha as that first. However when being used in a supplementary fashion it is perfectly suited, I often find it has some niche contact details that I haven't been able to find elsewhere. The AI tools for searching and list building are well developed too, it is also great for teams to use on a bit-part basis as they often free credits per month as a starting point.
It is well suited for businesses that need the ability to create good-looking professional referral campaigns within a short time frame and do not have coding experience. I would say it is ideal for perhaps eCommerce site owners and store owners who want to launch referral programs but do not have the resources available within their company to assign a developer or someone with coding knowledge to set up and integrate.
The platform is user-friendly with various types of guidance such as chatbot, videos, and articles, to assist the users.
Referral Factory provides diverse methods of advertising referral programs, offering templates for a wide variety of industries that users can tailor to fit their brand guidelines.
Referral Factory provides a detailed dashboard with key performance indicators to help marketers adjust referral campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
It would be nice to have a general idea of how many contacts it has information for on a particular account at the very start before scrolling through the different pages.
It would be great to also have the titles of individuals on the list, so it's quicker to sift who to keep in or exclude prior to revealing details.
No product is perfect! Some of the information generated can be inaccurate or generic, e.g., a phone number for a persona may not be direct for that individual but could be a general customer service number for the company and could be the same number listed for multiple prospects.
The UI needs some improvement to really smooth out the workflows. Overall it's not bad, but could always be better.
There isn't good documentation on how to configure and use the solution. It's like they assumed they built to be obvious enough to where anyone can figure it out, but for things that have more nuances, users could really benefit from some tooltips and/or documentation.
Pricing is pretty high, it would be nice to have a lower tier so businesses with a small income stream can start to benefit from referral programs.
Simple, clean efficient. No lags and gets us the exact data that we need. No unnecessary terminologies, and it works like a charm every time. From prospecting to lead generation, and intent searching, Lusha is our go to tool and it has stayed ever since we started using it. i would highly recommend.
Referral Factory's overall usability is great. The interface was really easy to learn and use and there are also helpful video tutorials if you have any questions along the way while building your new campaign. The process of sharing the referral link is also really easy and Referral Factory provides multiple methods of sharing the link which is a nice feature as well.

It's a massive time-saver and remarkably easy to pick up. I used a lot of tools, but Lusha is the most accurate and precise data. Other may have a better user experience inside the platform, but it doesn't really matter if the data generated doesn't convert into sales. Lusha also provides phone numbers, which is fantastic, and most of the tools delivers only emails adresses.

As per my experience one feature that really comes in handy in Referral Factory is its integration with my CRM, which allows me to import the customer data i.e. emails, hassle free.
