Overall Satisfaction with Referral Factory

I am using Referral Factory to help build up our customer base and clientele. This product helps spread the word about our company and also provides an easy way to both send and receive referrals.
  • The interface to build a campaign is really user-friendly.
  • I like how they provide multiple ways to share the refer link.
  • The personalization and dynamic fields for email notifications.
  • I had one of the email notifications go into my junk folder (Outlook).
  • We have not used the tool long enough to have sufficient data yet
I currently have not evaluated any other products like Referral Factory.

Referral Factory is a simple, easy to build and use tool that anyone could learn. Not only is it easy to build a campaign, but it is also extremely easy to share and refer others. I would highly recommend this tool to any company who is looking to grow their business with referrals.

Using Referral Factory

Referral Factory's overall usability is great. The interface was really easy to learn and use and there are also helpful video tutorials if you have any questions along the way while building your new campaign. The process of sharing the referral link is also really easy and Referral Factory provides multiple methods of sharing the link which is a nice feature as well.

Yes - The mobile interface works very well and mimics the desktop version perfectly. There's really no need to update anything specific in the mobile version as it all pulls in automatically from how you create your campaign on desktop. The process is seamless.
