Overall Satisfaction with Referral Factory

We are an SME in the interior design and home furnishing industry. Our experience was that most of our leads came through word-of-mouth anyway, but we wanted a way to manage those referrals and also thank our loyal customers for recommending our business.
  • We connected Referral Factory to our CRM, called HubSpot, and it helps us to keep all our client information together.
  • We have found that our clients really like how easy it is to recommend us to their friends and family using a referral link
  • We aren't very tech-savvy, so we really appreciated the customer support and onboarding
  • It was quite difficult for us to understand how to implement the software in the beginning but that might be us!

We looked at a few other places but they were so expensive that we decided to go with Referral Factory. We liked that we didn't have to pay annually, which meant we could test it to see if it worked and then decide whether to continue. We are glad that we did continue as it has only compounded with time.

No, we were told that the support is the same for all plans. We are on a mid-level plan and haven't had any issues accessing support.
Yes - We didn't know it was a bug but were happy to help identify the issue. The customer support agent helped us with a sync issue between Referral Factory and HubSpot.
We booked a 45-minute onboarding call to train new team members on how to use Referral Factory and they ended up spending an extra 30 minutes showing us how to use some HubSpot features we didn't even know about as well!
