Likelihood to Recommend It's well suited for large eCommerce stores as it requires much effort to set up and the development cost for setting it up is high. It's less appropriate to use Magento where you are looking for quick development and launch of the store. Also, it is required to have a developer or sometimes the entire tech team to manage an e-commerce store, so you may need to hire a few PHP developers.

Read full review Usability Magento has a relly step learning curve. This means that you need to find experienced developers who can lead junior ones, otherwise the overall development process can be a disaster. However, once you are comfortable in developing on the platform, the customization capability are basically limitless and you can adapt the platform to any use case you can imagine. Also, there are many alredy developed marketplace modules that can solve, out of the box, many problems you may face.

Since moving from the Hzbris Monolyth towards SAP Commerce Cloud a lot of progress has been made, but dissecting the monolyth into composable components where you just pay for what you use is still a longer journey and here pricing should be more realistic. Things become so expensive once they have the SAP stamp on them (example the SAP CIAM)

Read full review Alternatives Considered In looking at a different platform to migrate to from Magento 1, we looked primarily at Big Commerce, Shopify and Shopify Plus. Our host was very negative about Magento 2, but we determined after a couple years it was due to the fact it had even more complexity (and very different) than Magento 1. Shopify Plus was attractive, but the cost factor for two sites led us back to Magento 2.

GoDaddy to SAp Commerce Cloud and sales are now tracked easier and inventory is at the touch of a button, making sales much easier than previous software.

As new products are added to the SAP backend, all characteristics and pricing automatically migrate to Commerce Cloud. As orders count is increasing due to smooth and better experience. My current client's customers have given very positive experience about new website built on SAP Commerce Cloud. Due to SAP Commerce Cloud website rollout is very easy and due to it, my current client has introduced around 25 websites. As SAP Commerce Cloud logic needs to develop once and can be reused for multiple websites easily with minimal effort. Branding is also very easy as promotions, events can be implemented on the website easily and with minimum time. SAP Commerce has helped our client to integrate the Recommendation tool ISS which is easy to configure after this tool product sale is increased. The best thing was that integration was very easy and quick. One option of Blue/Green deployment helping us to check the production release in advance on production environment.
