QuestionPro is an online survey creator software designed to gather insights for better data-driven decision-making through quantitative and qualitative research. The platform allows users to design surveys to deliver better customer experiences, create strategies for product-market, and improve teams/manager effectiveness.
This is well suited to give you a guideline of where your company is at and areas that can improve upon. This was our first year so I believe when we continue to use this it will show areas that we can still improve upon and areas that we have improved upon
QuestionPro is great for forced-choice and Likert-scale data, and it easily turns raw data into readable statistics. The simple interface lacks attractiveness but is easy to learn and use, even for members outside the digital age. QuestionPro is less effective for qualitative data and short answer responses in large quantities. Reporting and analytic features leave this information in the bulky design, clogging the report and preventing cohesive presentation of the data.
Before choosing QuestionPro, we evaluated it and Qualtrics, SurveyGizmo, and SurveyMonkey. A committee tested each of 141 key features on all four products. QuestionPro did well in the comparison and we have ended up using even more features that we tested. The way it handles anonymous surveys is particularly good. With most products, you have to remember to check the "anonymous" box to prevent it from saving email addresses or other identifiable data. But if you forget to do so, you can't tell by taking the survey. Question pro uses "Respondent Anonymity Assurance" that must be turned on by the company (a quick request from the chat window will suffice) and then it can never be turned off. This activates a link that appears on the bottom left-hand of each survey page. Clicking it takes the survey participant to a company page which assures them that the anonymous feature is indeed turned on.
It has a very nice combination of great power and ease of use.
The support we have received from the company has been excellent. Our team has worked with around 30 research software vendors for over 35 years and this company stands out as being extremely responsive to our needs. We told them we needed a migration tool to help us move from Qualtrics to QuestionPro and they created one in just a few weeks. They've added or improved a number of other features for us, at no charge.
I mentioned this to them after our last survey. The first year we did the survey the Quantum Workplace site provided us with detailed information on creating improvement plans, questions for employee focus groups and best practice information. While the site still provides information on creating an action plan, they removed the other information and haven't offered any new tips in the past two years. I would like to see them bring this back and update it each year so it is fresh and provides usable action items.
We are currently reviewing the cost of the license as we are interested in extending the license for the campus, questionpro is not an "inexpensive" option for a publicly funded non-profit Institute.
The survey is very easy to use. Our Team Members were able to take the survey via their cell phones and had little to no trouble completing them in a reasonable period of time. Our folks in the office with computer access were all surprised at how easy and smooth the process to provide feedback went and how quickly they were able to work through each question.
The professionals at Quantum really take the time to understand you and your organization and I think this goes a long way in rolling the product out with little to no issues. Their Customer Service Team does an outstanding job of being available or getting back to you in a very short period of time. I do not recall EVER being frustrated because I had to wait to get a question answered or could not get a question answered within a reasonable period of time.
They offer email, chat, and phone support. I have used the chat support several times. Response time was fast, but the rep did not always have the answer. Inquiries are answered quickly and thoroughly.
Very easy system to use. I also like how you can customize your survey to work on certain areas you feel are important at the time. They also provide you with a list of questions you can select from as well as implement any custom questions you feel would be beneficial
First of all, QuestionPro has powerful futures when we compare it with others. I am not sure but somehow interface of the product is always important for some more than its functionality. QuestionPro has many features, functionality and has a great interface. It is easy to use and a software that is easy to understand.
QuestionPro has gathered feedback used to shape future policy, increasing customer (student) satisfaction.
QuestionPro gathered data useful for communication across departments that often struggle to understand one another. For example, the survey gathered data that enabled IT to pinpoint specific WiFi problems across campus.
