In my opinion, Salesflare is an excellent CRM for small businesses. It includes everything a small business needs to manage leads, deals, and contacts in one convenient location. When a client needs more information or something done, I can quickly record it in their account—perfect for B2B SaaS and small businesses selling B2B in general.

Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is a tool for keeping track of clients and communicating with them to generate more business. Privacy is not a concern because it is software-based. It is most appropriate for organizations with a single leader or organizations with a small to medium size. It meets all CRM requirements and can keep a healthy customer pipeline in place. For a specific business, ZOHO CRM has an easy workflow case. This makes it simple to use.

  • It allowed for infinite improvement in the user experience and provided an excellent database where we can manage and track all sales in a particular way.
  • Automate and notify team members of imported data, and Track Sales Pipeline software tracks potential deals very well. Zoho CRM's customization, on the other hand, allows us to tailor the software to our specific requirements.
  • Sharing of data is made possible through Zoho integrations. Data-Zoho CRM integrates seamlessly with all other ZOHO products, so there's no need to keep track of multiple records.
  • Real-time synchronization helps us organize our work and visualize everything.

Cons

  • It works wonderfully as a CRM for freelancers, consultants and small teams but feels like it would become more difficult to integrate with larger teams
  • Sometimes have issues with email syncing with missing emails or having to reconnect my email to Salesflare
  • Emails are sent from the app using their own servers, I would prefer to send via my own email system (Gsuite) for better delivery

  • It may be a bit overwhelming to navigate since there are so many choices available. I found it difficult to connect some possibilities to current relationships. We discovered a solution but it took a long time.
  • It has all of the functions that one could want, and even more. There's nothing significant missing, but there's a lack of social integration and service glitches depending on use and availability.
  • Its pricing is far out of line, and free features should be raised so that businesses may fully utilize CRM capabilities without financial concerns.

The pipeline, which is the core of the platform, is very clear and full of features. On top of that Salesflare added automations, integrations, plugins and emails. You can easily get your leads there from any platform and nurture your leads until you get the deal done. I think any business can benefit from using this sales CRM.

Zoho CRM is very functional, but it can get complicated. It is not always clear where you go to customise settings. The settings screens have so many options. And when you're managing multiple tools, it is not clear which settings screens will contain the changes that you want to make.

I have not used Zoho support since I started with the company. Majority of my findings have come through knowledge base or Google search sites. Not saying the support at Zoho is bad, but I need things answered quicker than what my colleagues have told me they have gotten answered.

Take it slowly and meet often with your team to solicit their feedback. Listen to what they are saying so that if something is not clear, you can address it before they turn on the CRM. Also, whatever system you were one previously will not match Zoho CRM which is both good and bad. It's good as I know Zoho CRM will be better than whatever you're been using. Bad because it will require change and how you did things in your old CRM may need to be modified a little when using Zoho CRM.

Salesflare

Salesflare does its own thing compared to the others I've tried. It's unique even though it shares many of the main features a CRM should have. Salesforce Lightning is amazing and feature-packed but can often get overwhelming depending on your use case. I never experience any slight lag or load times with Salesflare. Lightning can sometimes hang depending on your browser etc.

Zoho CRM

It was a little less expensive and offered a lot of functionality. We have tried a few other options, but they didn't seem very impressive, like Zoho CRM. It is easily configured to match our business requirements, which is why I choose among other platforms. Its customizable functions and reporting features allow us to automate our unique operational processes nicely.

  • Great ROI! I enrolled in Zoho One which is about 1/4 the cost of another CRM I was using with far more functionality.
  • Awesome features! I've been able to manage 95% of my digital needs in Zoho which is a great time (and money) saver
  • Learning curve pros & cons. I was able to get up and running pretty quickly but there are SO many features & options I feel it will take me a while to take advantage of all it's capabilities
