Verint Community vs. Workvivo

If you need a community platform that's very versatile and has a relatively low entry-cost to get started, Verint is a good pick. If you need a solution that is guaranteed to work seamlessly and have no hiccups or issues overall, it is not well suited. Although it is a SAAS solution, some of the aspects of the platform do not make it seem so.

We have an FAQ section which is categorized in Workvivo. Being an HR, you will have a lot of queries coming from employees on various aspects. Based on the queries we receive from employees, we have built a FAQ with answers on it. So it was easy for us to direct them to the place where there can find ever more similar questions & answers. Policy announced to all and received acknowledgment through the same tool Separate Private Teams are created for special projects and discussions are happening easily

• Forums - organizing forum questions and identifying answered
• Various layouts of blogs, divided by groups to enable different or similar layouts throughout the site. Ability to enable all to view the same or have particular groups of blogs to stand out and have it's own look and feel
• ability to customize widgets to the needs of your use case

• Aligning activity to Company Culture and Activities.
• DIrectly engaging with employees in real time.
• The Workvivo app is very advanced and offers a great experience, as does the desktop version.
• The bi-lingual capabilities (English/Arabic) have been a great advantage, something we couldn't find in any of the other tools on the market.

• I would like to see engagement in the Elevate platform increase in discussions. We get so busy in our day, it is hard at times to get enough activity in a topic I know many struggle with in the contact center. The more sharing the better.
• It would be nice if it were easier to connect as friends. That piece in Elevate seems difficult to build a network group and communicate with them all at one time on a topic or encourage them to join a discussion board when you know they have contributions that would benefit.

• Inability to move the next story without having to go back to the original page.
• Profile section should be a space to curate your professional self and colleagues.
• New features like emoticons as a reaction to a post something like heart, hug, sad, and laugh.

I am not part of this decision making process, but I did provide positive feedback to the decision making board.

To my best friend Workvivo, I would like to give 10/10. Everything is running smoothly. I feel glad when people at my workplace from other departments and also from other shifts recognise me with my name. That gives me inner peace. I am feeling blissful. I am on the moon.

If you are an experienced online community professional, Verint offers the flexibility you need. You do need to have a lot of expertise if you want to build a solid user experience because there isn't a template out-of-the-box that is just ready to go for various use cases. It will take awhile to fully understand the capabilities of Verint Community.

Super user friendly, I've not once wondered how to access, find do anything. As soon as I log in I am confident I can find whatever I need and whatever I am looking for and I it is very easy to engage with coworkers and colleagues all over the world.

While the support portal (cases) is helpful, I've been even more impressed by their own support community. I always get quick, thoughtful, and interesting answers to my questions from support personnel, in-house developers, other users, and even the VP/GM himself! They have a really wonderful thing going there.

Would like the features to be continued & hence supporting it.

The trainer was effectively delivering the training, but there were some points the trainer himself was not clear with. This impacted doubt clearing.

All the things were explained in an effective way. Easy to understand the tools, features, their use, implementation. Monitoring & support wherever required. Feedback was recorded & improvements were done wherever required to improve the coaching experience. Knowledge checks were taken to understand understanding levels. Overall experience was very well with the training.

all customizations should be under warranty so that you get the right level of support from the 3rd party

I believe Verint Community stacks up very against previous solutions I have worked with. For an externally facing community, I think Jive-X was the best in class for many years, and Verint matches up very well from a features and configuration perspective. The other key point for me, is that Verint Community is also similar to Jive in that it has an extremely strong customer community of experienced community professionals. Verint does a great job of engaging with us about future plans, roadmaps, events, etc. I think this is a very under-rated benefit of a community platform, and Verint's is exceptional.

This helps my everyday office work. It is a kind of social media environment for offices where we can share thoughts. We can also share our ideas which can be helpful to other colleagues. We also get updates on recent news on what's happening in the LOB. Also, we do have an option to take a voting polling on whatever we want. Additionally, It also helps us connect with our official resources. We share our personal observations there a post which can be seen worldwide in our organization. This has been the greatest of all time since I saw any employee-related portal in any organization!!!!!

Highly scalable system with the ability to expand to an increasing number of users and communities

• Verint Community has helped to gain more than one lakh users which shows that the platform is extremely stable and engaging. This helped for more brand awareness and e-commerce conversion rates
• We have had huge problems with non English countries where this platform's limitations has caused huge number of loss and less user count. Hopefully this is fixed soon.
• Our major plan was to expand our segments and verticals such as gaming, education and business which was done very well by using this platform and our team was able to customize it based on our brand's identity. We looking to expand to much more countries and hopefully target all our worldwide businesses.

• Positive impact has been created on the socializing skills of employees and creating bond

• A negative aspect can be over usage of this tool and getting addicted since it can consume a lot of time
