Decreased TCO - easy to maintain Decreased turn-over - certified professionals don't get poached all the time It is not a cheap platform, and needs to be well used to generate ROI. … As for pricing, Braze has different pricing depending on the industry, so I would say that it can fit most pockets and budgets.

Active Campaign is not in the list, but in general, it is significantly less powerful and requires a subscription and add-on pricing structure, which is not good for a start-up in a scale-up phase.
