Overall Satisfaction with Braze

CRM platform to send communication to users

Pros

  • Relatively few outages/issues
  • Likely has everything you need in a platform, in some way, shape, or form

Cons

  • the reporting aspect isn't that interesting to me (prefer internal/specific tools for analysis and reports)
  • slow to develop new and HELPFUL features
  • drag and drop editors across all channels could use some love and some more development
  • Gives CRM team a lot of control and flexibility around experimentation and setup.
  • Enables team to accomplish complex solutions without needing engineering resources
  • Helps reduce churn generally.
There is definitely a learning curve, especially if you want to use it for complex campaigns and solutions... it can be a bit technical.
only AI solution I sometimes use up to now is the copywriter to help give me some new ideas
Braze seems to work better at scale. And is more reliable. Has some more functionality. But as always, is not perfect.

Reliable and good at scale (as in, you are sending out a lot of messages every day/month/etc).
Otherwise, unsure if cost is worth it.
