CRM platform to send communication to users
Pros
- Relatively few outages/issues
- Likely has everything you need in a platform, in some way, shape, or form
Cons
- the reporting aspect isn't that interesting to me (prefer internal/specific tools for analysis and reports)
- slow to develop new and HELPFUL features
- drag and drop editors across all channels could use some love and some more development
- Gives CRM team a lot of control and flexibility around experimentation and setup.
- Enables team to accomplish complex solutions without needing engineering resources
- Helps reduce churn generally.
only AI solution I sometimes use up to now is the copywriter to help give me some new ideas
