Overall Satisfaction with Braze

Braze is used for both Marketing and Operational comms at my organisation. Our business model is a little complex, which means we service our database, send comms on behalf of clients, and clients can also purchase a Braze license via us to benefit from our economies of scale.

Pros

  • The number of channels available e.g. in-app, push, SMS etc.
  • Easily handles a high volume of data
  • Great support from the Customer Success team

Cons

  • Reporting isn't intuitive and has a campaign limit
  • Automate certain comms using the Catalog, increasing team efficiencies
  • Canvas' allow for a seamless customer experience
Platform is intuitive aside from the reporting
Even using Intelligent Timing is so simple to toggle on, yet has so much value to the customer
Braze is a little different than the above, more a league of it's own
