EveryoneSocial is a platform that connects employees and empowers them to authentically create and share content. EveryoneSocial is where employees can find content approved for sharing; One-click distribution to all of employees' networks. With ability to leverage this to your advantage, the platform can provide delegation of responsibilities – e.g., content curation, review, approval – to the most trusted users to drive success. The employee advocacy platform has a built-in Salesforce application, allowing users to log in to EveryoneSocial without ever leaving their Salesforce account. Other integrations include Slack and Microsoft Teams, Chrome and Khoros.


EveryoneSocial integrates with and supports many of the tools already in use and the ability to reach more employees and unify your company’s tech stack. All of the data within EveryoneSocial accounts are available for export and ready for ingestion into your data stack. Also ,the ability to reward both internal platform usage, like submitting content or inviting co-workers, and external actions like sharing posts that drive clicks. Support is available 24/7 whenever needed from an on-demand help center, live chat, and via email.

It is well suited for learning and growing and making connections with many experts in the industry. Ease of use and ease of joining in any group of choice is one of the best features and it definitely helps everyone socialize and thus stands by its name "EveryoneSocial". I just like to share any blogs/posts which help many associates to gain knowledge.

We have situations where we need to be on a 1o1 meeting. I do not consider that this tool would be the best one for those scenarios. Instead, we need a more straightforward tool like a video conferencing tool. However, I bet that there is a way to properly have these types of meetings with EveryoneSocial.

It is our duty to distribute different content to our departments. It was hard to have control over every post on our different platforms. With EveryoneSocial, we have been able to even add social platforms where we did not have a presence before. With EveryoneSocial, we have had a better understanding of our target.

EveryoneSocial is a great help and is well suited in cases where the company needs to send broadcasts or posts that need to be monitored or managed by company policies or compliance to align with the company's goal, however, it is not well suited for scenarios where voice calls or phone calls are needed.

EveryoneSocial works better when we need to communicate something internally and as well, we need to monitor our social platforms. EveryoneSocial would not be a good fit for a situation where the company only is in the need of video callings or normal phone calls. Nowadays, companies have different departments, maybe, there might be a department that would not need EveryoneSocial that much. However, EveryoneSocial fits pretty well in every area, based on my expertise.

It has helped in improving overall sales such as group organization. Meetings in which the employees can share information with other teams and keep updated in order to stay [focused] on the [company's] goals. EveryoneSocial is a great, scalable solution for both enterprise companies and smaller businesses. Both clients that use the platform are businesses with national/international workforces with thousands of employees and have had very few problems using the tool. I think a solution like this makes the most sense for a larger company (250+ people). It's a little pricey (~$1500+ a month) so you would need lots of activity and willing employees participating to make the cost worthwhile. There are other solutions like GaggleAMP with similar functionality better suited to smaller companies with much more manageable pricing structures.

Probably best suited in regulated industries. However, I have seen it used very well in non-regulated industries as well. This also works very well in associations. Probably not a great tool for companies with less than 20 employees. Some key questions I would ask during the selection process are what will you do to help ensure a successful launch, where can I find RSS feeds to help with content aggregation and what are best practices from your most successful customers?
