Users benefit from improved support capabilities and better response to vulnerability attacks. The software enables efficient remote deployment of software/images, troubleshooting, and quick management of thousands of computers across different locations. Additionally, it provides additional functionality for asset management, reporting, and system administration. While some users have mentioned the higher cost and learning curve involved in ticketing conventions, overall, Ivanti Unified Endpoint Manager proves effective for managing assets, distributing software, standardizing imaging, and enhancing security measures.

Reviews
(1-25 of 35)Manage your environment with Ivanti Endpoint Manager
- We're better able to help end users since they hav all one version of shortcut and application
- Deploying missing applications is much easier, we provide a shortcut and an end user install it on demand
- We are much better able to see what has happened due to the integrated logging; timing or other issues can be found in one interface!
Ivanti Unified Endpoint Manager is Unparalleled
- Decreased risk using patch management
- Standardize image across the environment
- macOS support and remote access is lacking
A Very Powerful Tool To Manage A Wide Range Of Devices
- Better Security and compliance
- Better end-user support
- Faster time to patch
- A more accurate inventory
Excellent product but still has room for improvement
- Positive: improved inventory
- Positive: improved device security and compliance
- Negative: requires higher skilled engineers to effectively administer
UEM by Ivanti: You didn't know so much was possible!
- Do much more with less
- Consolidate products
- Save time pulling repeat work in other products
- Reporting for Executives
- Positive impact: Windows 10 investment.
- Less positive impact: Replaced a different Ivanti product that was suddenly NOT discontinued.
Move over SCCM, Ivanti's EndPoint Manager is the future
- Quicker to upgrade OS, deploy patches and be responsive.
- Ivanti is allowing us to accomplish more standardization and support as we centralize all IT functions and develop true global standards. Without Ivanti, we would have to use multiple tools and would not be as far along in our project as we currently are.
Ivanti manages my endpoints with ease
- The biggest impact is that we have not been subject to any Ransomware attacks because of the patched devices.
Long Time User's Review
- Reduced number of onsite visits
- Provides comprehensive software inventory lists for provisioning
Great features with a lot of potential
- Pro - Automation helps to drive down costs, software deployment and patching is far more efficient than manual installs.
- Con - The amount of manpower it can take to deal with bugs or workaround solutions can be high. These are less tangible since it often happens without tracking the loss in time and productivity.
Ivanti gets the job done and does it well
- Able to keep system deployments up to date more easily.
- Added a central point of troubleshooting and the ability to resolve problems more quickly.
- Upgrades have been a headache and resulted in a lot of time spent investigating the unknown.
Ivanti UEM
- I think it's all been positive
Ivanti EPM gets better every year!
- In a college environment, the remote control access is very helpful in resolving issues w/o running around campus.
- Very nice to push software to multiple devices at once.
- Software portal is useful in allowing users to get what they need without the need for a tech.
LANDESK -- Worth it?
- Centralized IT - all in one solution that is better in some areas than traditional niche software applications. You'll probably still spend the same amount of time with users on the HD line, but you'll be able to reduce the amount of time it takes for auxiliary Help Desk tasks (ticketing, reporting, background deployment, etc.)
- Cost - This is a negative of course ;) But at some point you can save some money if you ditch SCCM or your other CRM
Ivanti Endpoint Manager Review
- Helps us to get exact information from the required devices.
- Provides detailed information when monitoring logs.
- Easy to use and to deploy.
Endpoint Manager Rocks
- Positive: a simple licensing module with cost saving in mind.

Ivanti Endpoint Manager is great
- Time saved with not having to do everything in person
- Able to automate tasks and push to multiple PCs at once, rather than one at a time
- Able to keep multiple versions of a software up in case there are more than one in an enviroment
Best UEM you will ever try!
- Less IT resources needed for user management
- Higher level of security
- Faster enablement of new employees
Ivanti can save you time
- I constantly utilize the fact that I can push out agent updates / changes at the push of a button
- With a little bit of training and trial and error and you can customize your environment how ever you want/need.
Ivanti Review
- It has helped speed the process of IT security and updates that otherwise would need to be manually installed. Saving time for the IT dept. to focus on other tasks.
Ivanti Endpoint manager; great choice for global manufacturers
- Much improved security profile, due to increased ability to get all patches widely distributed.
- Reduced remote support cost by reducing need for additional remote control tools
Unified IT Solution for IT Pros
- It is great it saves us so much time especially while we provide computers for newly hired staff.
Beneficial Tool for Help Desk and Admins
- It has had a positive impact by saving our IT staff time by allowing them to install software to a network computer, and it's easy for our admins to set up patching that needs to be done.
- Saves us time by allowing our IT staff to remote into computers to troubleshoot issues with our employees.
- It saves us time by not having to go to each computer or server one by one to patch.
Ivanti UEM is king.
- The visibility into our devices, what they are doing, what is installed on them, etc., has been key. Has helped save us quite a bit in licensing and device replacement.
