- Was positive in a way that it was clearly visible to the end user, and they appreciated it.

Quick and accurate endpoint security software
- Threats are detected with accuracy, no false positives from our experience.
- Heuristics are very sharp and work very well so they can flag unusual behavior.
- Manage and deploy or uninstall endpoint protection software and agent laptops and workstations centrally.
- Be able to detect and patch third party products' vulnerability as we use Microsoft System Center which finds vulnerabilities only for its products.
- Saved money on 3rd party application vulnerability scanners.

Did not provide the level of remote endpoint management we needed for a growing mobile workforce
- It reduced the incidents of infections and so reduced the efforts needed by the IT department to mitigate problems.
- It made it difficult to manage the security of our growing mobile user base due to infrequent contact with our on-premise management server.
- Kaspersky has been an excellent investment in network security. Our company has been really pleased with the implementation and use of the platform.

Kaspersky Endpoint Security is a great product!
- The licensing is somewhat confusing if you don't have a good re-seller to assist with picking the proper options.
- I recommend buying multiple year licenses so you can take advantage of the discounts and eliminate worry about renewals.
- There may be cheaper products on the market, but I haven't found any I would change to that would replace everything this product can do.

- Much better ROI in time - Techs do not need to spend as much time removing viruses.
- Cost, saving tech time but also the risk of a data breach is less, potentially saving lots of dollars.
- Software and updates pushing also save time and money on software and tech time and it's nice to be in one console.
