Data analysis starts with data collection, and Kimola offers a web browser extension for marketing and research professionals to scrape content from the web to analyze and classify. It supports over 20 mediums, such as Amazon, Yelp, Youtube, Capterra, and TrustPilot.

Text Analysis with Entity Recognition
Through a drag & drop of consumer reviews into an excel file, Kimola Cognitive offers text analytics to reveal insights that are mentioned in consumer reviews such as organizations, celebrities, interests, work of arts, locations, nutritions, race & ethnicity, diseases.

Pre-Built models
Kimola Cognitive comes with a gallery of ready-to-use Machine Learning models for the most common use cases like sentiment and hate speech analysis along with consumer conversations around SaaS products, mobile apps, games. Custom machine learning models

It offers convenience and allows for seamless implementation of machine learning algorithms. The customer service provided is exceptional. Additionally, it is remarkably adaptable and user-friendly, accompanied by comprehensive documentation for its APIs. By effortlessly extracting data from various sources such as emails, chats, and the web, it undeniably reduces your workload. We’re very happy to use the product, never thought it would be this much easy.
  • Despite exploring various software options to analyze client feedback, none have proven as specific and accurate as Kimola Cognitive.

Since using the tool for 4 months we have been extremely pleased with its performance.
