Overall Satisfaction with MaintainX
We run various injection molds integrated with automation. We use this software to manage mold tool repairs that are requested by our team members. MaintainX is the perfect communication & tracking tool that links our production cells and our tool repair team. MaintainX allows direct communication between each group. Its a terrific tool for tracking repair history for each asset (tool). Prior to MaintainX, we used an in house system that was difficult to use, so sometimes repairs would be pushed off.

- Provides tracking tools to easily monitor hours and $ spent per tool.
- Provides great high level reports that can be used for corporate reporting.
- Some of the features are not as intuitive as Id like to see.
- Eases communication. Quick and simple to request repairs.
- Easy to use. (Our requestors and repair team love the phone based app).
- Excellent repair & PM tracking tool.
- It reduced the amount of outside (contract) support that was needed.
- Tools are being repaired more quickly. The ease of use encourages requestors to initiate repair requests earlier.
