Overall Satisfaction with PostGrid Print & Mail

We were using our mailroom staff to mail customer statements with a full staff. This was not very efficient and we had lot of errors and problems associated with this process. We had no insights into our analytics and we constantly had to compile data at the end of the month for reporting as well. PostGrid helped us mitigate it.

PostGrid is well suited for companies that uses mailroom staff to manage their mailing process for customer statements and correspondence communications. Their platform has been instrumental in eliminating our manual process and getting rid of any manual workflows. We were able to allocate the resources elsewhere in the company. Great platform.
