Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Redwood BPA at BRG Sports
- We reduced our MRP cycle from around 12 hours down to approximately 3
- We were able to let end-users trigger specific month-end jobs without also having the ability to submit anything else.
- we are able to schedule jobs in much more flexible ways than SAP offers
- We've had no negative impact by using Redwood

Automation is the Future!
- Reduce our month-end closing cycle
- Spend less manual time on accounting activities
- Increased accuracy and standardization
- An issue occurred when we ran out of "credits" much sooner than anticipated. Further investigation showed a process in a TEST environment that was scheduled to run every 15 minutes was accidentally submitted on a schedule twice (so 2 processes running every 15 minutes). At that time we didn't even have the ability to run a report to find the rogue process, the vendor had to run it for us. That lack of ability for the customer was one thing, but to be dinged for non-production is also a point of contention.
- Positively for the processes that report correctly, it has been a big benefit for our IT Operations team to have the centralized monitoring of our critical processes.
- The ability to have a centralized system for our operations team to monitor and receive alerts has been very beneficial.

Stop wasting time and money, go with the best.
- Redwood has had nothing but positive impact on our business. With it we have been able to streamline our processing, reducing thousands of jobs that users have submitted and left orphaned.
- It also gave us the ability to combine multiple workflows via event dependencies. I know that is offered in other tools but in my experience they do not perform as well as Redwoods do.
- By giving us so much more control and streamlining we have saved countless amounts of bandwidth on our systems. Those kinds of benefits just cant be measured. Before Redwood got implemented here our users were hitting the system at will, it was like the wild west and because of that we had frequent unplanned outages and long running looping processes. Now, the only outages we have are planned, for maintenance.
