I use Spiky.ai for a while now and I love the tool. Not only can I see team's activities, but I get a summary of what has been said and agreed. Important is to see the summaries and action items, what has been agreed on next steps. That enables me to coach sales reps accordingly and analyse calls in greater depth, improving their performance. A tool better than anything else I have seen and tested on the market.

To improve sales in those times before Spiky, I had only three options: <br><br>a) Review all the meeting recordings myself, <br><br>b) Be present at every single sales meeting, <br><br>c) Pay a sales coach to do it for me by the hour. <br><br>Now, with Spiky, I can have a sales coach powered by AI reviewing 24/7 every sales meeting and providing feedback to improve, actions to take, summaries to share, and follow-up suggestions. <br><br>I don't want to imagine the cost of time and money if I or somebody else had to do all that.
  • I can identify growth opportunities and implement continuous improvement strategies with my sales team
  • As a manager with Spiky, I gained an understanding of our sales operations like I never imagined.

Spiky sales coaching powered by AI. The difference between sales coaching and sales training is that coaching is all about improving what is already going on in your sales operations, so the results come faster for two reasons:

a) Personalized recommendations to each member of the team based on analysis of their current sales meetings and performance.

b) The recommendations and suggestions can be prioritized for implementation based on results.

Sales training is about general best practices and skills that need to be acquired and practiced by your team for a certain time before you can see the results. It's more general, less effective, and less immediate.

Remote working is a new reality and people who attends online meetings needs a tool to perfect this process of working remote. Spiky.ai provides that. As an engineer, I find Spiky.ai platform very helpful. In our working routine we make lots of new decisions and implement them. Sometimes it is hard to keep up. All I need to do is just call Spiky bot to our meeting and it records and analyzes it. No taking notes and no 'I forgot that'! We reduced number of bugging each other as a team. All we need to do is check report and search keyword of topic we need to be informed. Piece of cake.

Spiky.ai has truly created a paradigm shift in the way we approach online meetings. Prior to using Spiky, it was a challenge to measure the effectiveness of our sales calls and easily capture transcripts for deeper analysis. After considering similar products, we ultimately felt that other solutions didn't match Spiky's level of detail in its analyses. The platform is user friendly and customer support has been great.
