Overall Satisfaction with 15Five
15Five is being used across the whole organization. It solves communication hurdles for offices spread across the country. We also use for performance management, OKRs and recognition programs. It keeps the company all on the same page when it comes to performance.
- Company, department & individual goals are all in one place and easily accessible.
- Performance reviews are user-friendly.
- Improve the OKR module, more visually appealing.
- More trainings for new employees.
- Great place to reference historical performance.
- Helps employees understand cross functional roles and responsibilities.
I've used both Lattice & 15Five. They both have their pros and cons but ultimately I feel that 15Five is more user-friendly and easier to understand for my employees.
