Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

We utilize 6sense to deliver valuable intent signals to our sales team. Sales can prioritize their accounts and tailor their outreach with data from 6sense. Built-in alerts help make sure no signals are lost.

Our marketing team also utilized 6sense to create dynamic audiences, run display ads, organize campaign workflows, and reach out to previously untouched accounts through AI-powered email (CE).

6sense is pretty intuitive and does offer a lot of out-of-the-box capabilities. Our sales reps don't require too much training to get set up and usually don't need assistance once live. Sometimes there are discrepancies between our database and 6sense's, which causes routing errors with alerts.

The marketing tools are very straightforward and shouldn't require more than a few practice campaigns to get right.

6sense has definitely helped prioritize accounts. It's not a perfect tool, but does provide key signals to help reps get the most out of their time. The biggest miss here is a lack of transparency into what signals are being factored into each "buying stage" score. You need to have some trust in 6sense to choose accounts correctly.
Both platforms offer very similar products. 6sense seems to be easier to get started, provides strong intent, and has a wider breadth of marketing capabilities. Demand Base appears to be a slightly cheaper option, but it requires a bit more effort to get started. It does have a more comprehensive display ad platform, but depending on scale, it may be more expensive.

6sense provides excellent data and intent signals for companies with a single, flagship product. If your product line is more diverse, the cost and setup of additional data models can be quite taxing, especially for smaller organizations.

From a marketing perspective, 6sense can be a powerful tool for companies of all sizes. Dynamic segments and display ads can scale easily as you grow. Workflows can be challenging to scale.
