Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Virtual Office
It is being used in support of a contracted Contract Center. It addressed the issue of providing call routing and allowing office and remote workers a robust platform for handling calls as well as the management team the reports we needed to meet the customer requirements.
Pros
- User-friendly
- Provides in-depth call reporting
- Great call flow
Cons
- Reports interface could be easier and more intuitive.
- Make it easier to move from desk phone to softphone to cell.
- Price is a little high.
- For remote and in the field workers we do not have to issue a handset and they use the cell phone app.
- Do not have to install physical lines at all of our office locations.
- Jibe and RingCentral
We selected 8x8 because the cost of deployment was less and the service met the federal security regulations.
