Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Virtual Office

It is being used in support of a contracted Contract Center. It addressed the issue of providing call routing and allowing office and remote workers a robust platform for handling calls as well as the management team the reports we needed to meet the customer requirements.
  • User-friendly
  • Provides in-depth call reporting
  • Great call flow
  • Reports interface could be easier and more intuitive.
  • Make it easier to move from desk phone to softphone to cell.
  • Price is a little high.
  • For remote and in the field workers we do not have to issue a handset and they use the cell phone app.
  • Do not have to install physical lines at all of our office locations.
We selected 8x8 because the cost of deployment was less and the service met the federal security regulations.
It is great for a call center but the price point may make it more difficult for larger centers where a premise-based system is less expensive.
