We use 8x8 to configure the phones throughout our business. We enjoy the fax and voicemail recording/transcription to email functionality. 8x8 helps our business stay connected and easily manage phone functions.

8x8 makes it easy to have an office phone on a computer. Voicemail transcription to email with attached recording is helpful to access from anywhere. I was unable to export the directory to share outside of our organization. Import seems to be more accessible. Customer service is excellent.
