We do not use a whole lot of features of the system, but the one we do use are very helpful. Softphone works flawlessly and being utilized exclusively.
Call recording works great and though it's extra, we're able to keep the recordings for 130 days which is imperative for our business. Hotdesking is another feature we use and a must for our business model.
Other than that, we make and receive calls.

Pros
- Hotdesking works very nicely. Easy to use as well.
- Softphone is probably one of the best in the industry
- seamless switching from softphone to desk phone and the other way around
- Admin control panel is pretty intuitive and easy to use
Cons
- Meeting feature as a bit behind compared to competition.
- We definitely saved compared to our previous provider, but we did not chose 8x8 based on price
8x8 is miles ahead of EvolveIP. More features, way better admin portal. Softphone is not even in the same league.
