Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

We use 8x8 for our VOIP and videoconference and like that each team member gets their own videoconference space. Running computers through the handset allows for the same headset to be used for work with team, clients and other online needs.

Pros

  • synchronizes with our online scheduling system
  • quick access and connection to meetings
  • allows on-the-fly screen sharing

Cons

  • there is occasional latency
  • there are occasional connection problems
  • 8x8 has increased our efficiency
  • improved speed of communication internally and externally
  • it offer great value
They system can be a little challenging to set up but, once configured, does a good job handling all our needs. The features and instructions are well documented for self-help.
We found 8x8 to be more robust than other systems for a smaller price.

It is well suited for auto attendant flexibility, including auto transfer if a party doesn't answer. We also like the ability to use the cell phone app, which is well controlled administratatively
