We use ActiveCampaign across our teams for email marketing and sales management. ActiveCampaign allows us to easily segment and tag our customer email lists. It allows us to create effective automations so we can meet our customers where they are at. We also use the Sales CRM feature which allows us to manage the sales process for prospects and leads.
- The user experience of the platform is amazing, it's very easy to learn and navigate.
- The automation builder is the best we've seen in the market. It's easy to visualize the automated sequences we're building.
- Customer support is always great, friendly and effective.
- Would love to have access to SMS marketing at a lower priced plan.
