ActiveCampaign provides us a solid marketing automation foundation, from keeping a database of our leads, to email marketing, and managing our lead-gen drip campaigns. In the past, we've struggled with needing to use multiple products, and keeping the data in sync and up to date was a challenge. We've centralized that information in ActiveCampaign, which has been quite valuable.

ActiveCampaign really focuses on making the fundamental marketing automation functionality easy to use. It doesn't have as many enterprise features or customization, but that is clearly intentional. For small to mid-sized businesses, those enterprise features get in the way and make the product harder to use. Because of this design vision, ActiveCampaign is one of more user-friendly products on the market, as long as it has the features you need.
