Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign for our three businesses focused on e-learning. We've got different avatars for each platform and it's very important for us to segment well.
We have around 15 funnels running and it's all going well. Only the marketing department uses ActiveCampaign, but the development guys are also discussing whether to use the API for some of the system e-mails.
We have around 20,000 contacts in our lists.

We have around 20,000 contacts in our lists.
- Automation/Events - We are able to build automations for our various funnels, and this helps us drive more engagement.
- E-mail design - It's very easy to use and it allows to drag and drop, which is particularly useful.
- Wide variety of features - Contact scoring is incredible.
- Scheduling - We love how we can schedule campaigns during strong marketing efforts.
- Sometimes it's very laggy.
- Minor bugs here and there in the email design window.
- Deleted campaigns delete lists and contacts automatically.
- More leads - The automation capabilities allow us to spend more time designing and building funnels that allow us to capture & nurture more leads.
- More engagement - ActiveCampaign boasts plenty of rules & options in its automation thus allowing us to keep the contacts engaged.
- More sales - Ultimately, the platform allows us to nurture our community and drive more sales, which is the end goal.
- Mailchimp and MailerLite
We went for ActiveCampaign because it provided more options when it came to automation. MailerLite is pretty easy to use but does not offer all the perks and benefits of AC. Mailchimp used a flow that was counterintuitive for us as a team, so there's no exact answer why we decided to switch.
