Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I'm a web designer and a marketing consultant who designs both Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for my clients. Along with this, I always recommend them email marketing automation using ActiveCampaign, which is, by the way, the automation software I use for my own business. In a few words, ActiveCampaign solves my automation needs in terms of email marketing in a very simple way. Before ActiveCampaign, I was using Mailchimp and AWeber, and those are good tools too, but the automation capabilities of ActiveCampaign and its ease of use, led me to leave those other platforms and go for ActiveCampaign. I have to say that the ActiveCampaign dashboard is so easy to understand and use.
- It's easy to have different email sequences in the autoresponder.
- I like the visual design process of automations in ActiveCampaign.
- It's so easy to tag leads in order to segment them in better ways.
- The editor for email design is simply the best.
- It would be nice if ActiveCampaign had some tutorials inside the dashboard.
- I would like a feature like the one with Calendly but in Bookly.
- It would be fantastic the ability to import automations.
- Thanks to the use of ActiveCampaign all of my Google Ads clients have positive ROI.
- In my own business, it gives me one new client every now and then, that before it was quite hard to acquire.
I chose ActiveCampaign software over AWeber and Mailchimp because of its automation capabilities and ease of use. Another decision feature was the email editor on ActiveCampaign which is by far much better than its competitors. At one point I was evaluating Infusionsoft but its price was out of my budget.
