Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign for our client automation sequences in their follow-up marketing and drip series, and we couldn't be happier. It's so simple and straightforward to set up, and they love how much they can automate their businesses.
We also love how well it integrates with other software through Zapier and direct integrations. It's powerful enough for complex, conditional flows and simple enough for basic use.
Cannot recommend it highly enough!

- Excellent integration with other software
- Better email template & GUI email builder - particularly with regards to font usage
- Faster load times between screens
- Lacks ability to "test send" all emails in an automation at once
- Automates email sending - reducing the need for support and fulfillment staff
- Simplifies our tech stack - reducing our overall Saas costs
- Simple, intuitive user interface so we do not need to hire IT or developer contractors
I've also used various WordPress member management systems as well as Infusionsoft (Keap) and Kartra.
ActiveCampaign is leaps and bounds above anything you can use in WordPress as well as Keap, which has jokingly been referred to as Confusionsoft. It's much more intuitive, doesn't require a lot of technical setup, and just works. The logic flow is SOOOOOO much better as well!
Kartra is a closer comparison, but it's my understanding for the same features it can be much more expensive.
