Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We are using ActiveCampaign as a CRM system to manage the leads we connect with when we search for employees for our customers. When successful we organize the onboarding process for these new employees with automation in ActiveCampaign. We also send multiple email campaigns to our customers and our leads, as well as automate our own onboarding process for our new customers.

Salesforce is great, but was way out of the price range we planned and has a very steep learning curve.
Keap compares, but with the per user payment it wasn’t our choice.
we used Asana and Mailchimp before but weren’t happy with the limited options.

ActiveCampaign is a great autoresponder, perfect for detailed automation and campaigns and for tracking the results. Also the CRM has great functionality, especially considering this is not the main focus. If you are looking for a tool that automates your sales or other online processes, then ActiveCampaign might be a great option for you. And you pay per account not per user, so especially if you have a team that works with the software it is considerably less expensive than other competitors.

We switched to ActiveCampaign from our previous system and are happy with it. We will not switch again anytime soon.

Evaluating ActiveCampaign and Competitors

Yes - Asana and Mailchimp.
The functionality is too limited. Only very basic automations. No contact management in Asana.

They have great training resources and offer help with the implementation. All smooth and easy.

We didn’t purchase any special support option - the support is great as it is.
During implementation and transferring our data from the old systems we needed assistance during some steps. The help was always instantly and perfectly friendly. Makes you feel absolutely appreciated as a customer and you know they really want to help you with any problem that might occur, be it big or small.
