Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We are using ActiveCampaign as a CRM system to manage the leads we connect with when we search for employees for our customers. When successful we organize the onboarding process for these new employees with automation in ActiveCampaign. We also send multiple email campaigns to our customers and our leads, as well as automate our own onboarding process for our new customers.
- Automations
- Email Campaigns
- CRM
- Deal management
- Lead nurturing
- The page is not perfect on mobile and the app has a limited functionality
- Decrease in workload from the processes we automated
- No more errors with standardized automations
- Better connection with Leads and customers
- Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud), Keap (formerly Infusionsoft), Asana and Mailchimp
Salesforce is great, but was way out of the price range we planned and has a very steep learning curve.
Keap compares, but with the per user payment it wasn’t our choice.
we used Asana and Mailchimp before but weren’t happy with the limited options.

ActiveCampaign Implementation
- Implemented in-house
Change management was minimal
- We had some issues getting our data out of our old systems - getting it into ActiveCampaign was easy.
ActiveCampaign Support

---|---|
Quick Resolution Good followup Knowledgeable team Problems get solved Kept well informed No escalation required Immediate help available Support understands my problem Support cares about my success Quick Initial Response | None |
We didn’t purchase any special support option - the support is great as it is.
During implementation and transferring our data from the old systems we needed assistance during some steps. The help was always instantly and perfectly friendly. Makes you feel absolutely appreciated as a customer and you know they really want to help you with any problem that might occur, be it big or small.
