ActiveCampaign is currently being utilized by and for our Marketing and Sales department. For the most part, we use it to re-engage with current customers, as well as welcome and nurture new customers. It helps to bridge the gaps we have between the two departments through seamless integrations and automations that allow us to send the right message to the right customer at the right time. ActiveCampaign has allowed us to reduce advertising costs in other areas so that we may place a greater focus on customer experience rather than lead generation, which is huge in the home services industry. When comparing to other software, ActiveCampaign beat out their competitors with price, functionality, and ease of implementation.

ActiveCampaign has proved to have equal or greater capabilities as compared to its direct competitors, at a significantly reduced cost to implement and maintain in the cloud. Mailchimp proved to be too simple, HubSpot proved to be too expensive. It came down to a direct comparison between active campaign and Constant Contact, and the price and scalability of ActiveCampaign is what won me and my department head over. I believe we made the right decision by choosing ActiveCampaign over other software providers we were demoing with.
