Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

It is easy to use, easy to design smart-looking emails and launch campaigns. I now use it across all businesses and think it's a staple for the marketing department. A major issue it addresses is saving time through automation and creating simple automation processes which can save you a lot of time and give you a greater chance of getting more leads and sales.

Mailchimp is a decent free solution but its editing capability is quite basic for the untrained. Active Campaign is much more user-friendly, has a much more powerful email creating and editing tool as well as a whole range of useful templates to give you ideas of how your email could look.

It is perfect for setting up new marketing campaigns, building lists, and setting up very targeted campaigns for your market. The analytics are also very important to get data on who has interacted with your campaign and what you should do next with each group. Setting up simple automation like welcome emails or full process marketing funnels is also very useful.
