Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign is being used for email contact and tracking people through many multistep funnels that we have set up. The more we learn about ActiveCampaing the more we look at what else can we use the system for.
  • Provide email marketing for multiple brands that we are utilising
  • Provide a way to stay in contact and track email delivery and opens to each person
  • Provides a link between multiple software platforms utilising the API integrations
  • When you go into Automations, two thirds of the screen is taken up with helpful information but it would be better if the screen was reorganised so that more of the automations were visible.
  • A linkage to Cliniko would be great if we can get it. Cliniko currently only links to Mailchimp
  • ActiveCampaign has made it very easy for us to have everything in one place and utilise a much more robust workflow with some of our email campaigns
ActiveCampaign is so much easier to interact with. There is much more flexibility right from the start. Mailchimp required upgrading to higher levels to enable some of the things that are standard features in ActiveCampaign.

ActiveCampaign is linked to many API integrations. It is fantastic to be able to pass information easily from our website and from our client management system over into ActiveCampaign.
