Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign is used to house all existing and potential clients within my company. I use it for regular weekly communications and also for ad hoc marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Sometimes contacts get stuck in automations with wait steps
  • Random movement of various functions to different places isn't always as helpful as they clearly think
  • [ActiveCampaign] has allowed me to siphon off activity to team members, freeing up at least five hours a week.
  • My knowledge of the tool has meant I've been able to earn at least £20k from clients needing help with using it over the last year.
ActiveCampaign is by far superior to Mailchimp in every way except cost! But that's fine as you can't expect such an important tool to be free if you are also expecting to charge for your own services.
It's easier to use, to learn, and to find what you need.

[ActiveCampaign] works really well for small business owners who are looking to have some level of automation in what they do with the sales and onboarding processes. It is possible to create some pretty complicated automation sequences that you can mostly rely on to work without issue. I wouldn't expect it to be able to deal with more complicated pipeline information including conversion statistics though.
