Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We use ActivTrak to monitor burnout and improve attrition rates.
- It shows employees who are poor performance due to a lack of work
- Helps for us to understand how to strengthen training for new employees
- Productivity- you can see how employees are utilizing their time and where
- Work load balance- my favorite- you can see if employees are being over-utilized or close to burnout
The productivity in general. With remote working, companies worry about two things. Employees are not working or they are overworking. ActivTrak allows you to see exactly that
Data shows if an employee is being overutilized or working excessive hours. The nice thing is that you can see what times people are working. Is it within a normal working day or are employees working through lunch and dinner and overworking.
We are still in the beginning stages of understanding how it will affect process flows. However, the data does show us how we are utilizing our time and in what programs for how long. We plan to see if there are process improvements we can make based on the data
