Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
ActivTrak is largely being used to track productive and passive times as well as overall logged working hours. It also helps to verify start and end times as well as alert and notify on specific security policy violations or flags. ActivTrak was a preferred solution due to the less invasive tracking it provided for the company.

- Clearer visuals to understanding active/passive/productive/unproductive. Visual representations should simply show levels of activity - consider maybe line graphs instead of histogram type graphs.

ActivTrak has been helpful in being able to show a source of truth and level of verification to the analysis of productivity and efficiency from an operations perspective. It has also helped to verify that employees are acting within company policy boundaries and improved trust and accountability between all parties.
We have not heavily utilized these features as it was not part of our initial rollout goals with ActivTrak, however may consider use of these features in the future as we continue to grow and further relay on performance monitoring tools and make greater use of what's already being supplied.
We have not used ActivTrak heavily for the purpose of technological tracking or license usage. It does help to verify rogue applications as a secondary source of verification outside of standard security stack. The capabilities behind license and application usage could prove to be helpful as we further integrate ActivTrak.
Most features are extremely identical. Biggest difference from initial evaluations was the focus on productivity tracking in ActivTrak whereas Teramind was more focused on Security and Monitoring of users. As an initial rollout, and new addition to our stack, ActivTrak was the compromise between cost, security, and some peace of mind for the employees being monitored.
