Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We track employee productivity, attendence and website usage. ActivTrak alerts us of extended time spent on non-productive websites and inactivity. This has given us that information needed to reward productive staff and help others focus on business priorities. In rare instances we have made staffing changes based on the data.

- It is difficult to navigate through all of the options bc I usually review the site monthly so I forget how to get the data I need.

ActivTrak has given insight into what our staff is working on. We are better able to identify where we need to focus our training efforts and dollars spent on vendor services. Being able to reward productive employees and promote good work habits especially for younger staff just entering the workforce has added to the company's bottom line.
We use ActivTrak along with reports on delivered services to adjust tasks across my team. We are adding new offices regularly and the data enables us to calculate staffing requirements needed to support new hires. It also figures into our ability to roll out new services or initatives that senior management identifies as opportunities.
We are in the real estate business and subscribe to a large number of services that provide us insight into the real estate market. The number of services can overwhelm our brokers and their executive assistance. Identifying where they are spending their time and what services they use or don't use identifies training needs. Services used extensively by successful brokers help us establish best practies that we can disiminate across the organization.
