Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We utilize ActivTrak to monitor the productivity of our remote staff. A majority of our staff are on the road and frequently working in large groups, so we use it to make sure everyone is working their fair share. Frequently we see people bother underutilized and overutilized. This allows us to balance better.

- The ability to see first and last activities of employees lets us see consistent late employees
- The ability to setup alerts and screenshots helps us in troubleshooting other products that might not be working correctly such as blocking a website
None really. This is mostly used by management when they want to find issues with problem employees.
The ability to see who is being underutilized and overutilized helps with our schedulers to know where to assign new trainees on projects and when to tell the overachievers to take a step back.
