Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ActivTrak with associates that work 80% from a home office and 20% in office. When they are home, we are using ActivTrak to see if they are putting in full days of work for both our support and our sales team. We also have technical people, and in the past, we have seen these hires double dip by having more than one day job. This allows us to see any abnormalities in their day and help us determine if they are working multiple jobs.

Pros and Cons

Pros

It allows me to see specifically what the associate is looking at during a specific time.
It gives me a dashboard of productivity hours and breaks it down by website.
It allows me to greenlight websites that are business related.

Cons

Would love a better tutorial on the platform.
Or maybe a FAQs that other people ask, as sometimes I don't know what I don't know.

Return on Investment

It helps me as a manager have better discussions with my associates about their effort and activity.
It helps me see people that are starting to fail earlier and work on helping them improve.
It allows me to heave good conversation with my peers about level setting activity and activity rates for our associates.

ActivTrak Favorite Features

I love the bar graph for activity with productive and unproductive time, lets me see at a glance who is working.
I love the screenshots which allows me to see what my employees are doing so I have info on how to approach them when I need to discuss their activity.
I love the ability to make "undefined" website either productive or unproductive.

Employee Productivity

My teams activity has improved by over 20% and I have been able to weed out associates that have quit and stayed on us.

Not my role to find the product, HR has done that and I am only a user.
