Overall Satisfaction with Acuity Scheduling

I use Acuity Scheduling to book appointments. When people visit my website and want to book a Strategy call with me, they can just book it online using Acuity Scheduling and will get reminders automatically. People can choose the time and date that suits them, and book themselves in. It makes it easy and convenient for everyone.

Pros

  • Personalized and branded booking page
  • Email reminders
  • Sync with Google Calendar
  • Set up different types of appointments

Cons

  • The FREE version doesn't sync with Google calendar anymore. That's a shame!
  • Saved me time for emailing back and forth to do bookings
  • Removed some friction on the front end
  • Simple and convenient way to schedule meetings
  • Better value for money
  • More flexibility of options.
  • Better look
  • Paid version integrates with Zoom video conferencing
