Overall Satisfaction with Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace company

I use Acuity to schedule clients and have it set up on my website. I easily direct them to the website to schedule. It saves me a lot of time going back and forth through emails or texts.
  • I love the fact that clients can schedule more than one appt at a time without having to do a separate form for each appt.
  • It integrates well with my website.
  • It offers a lot of options for appointment types.
  • I would love for it to be able to see appts through my Google calendar to create time buffers around them.
  • I suppose it has had a positive impact because it saves me time through emails.
Calendly did not allow clients to make multiple appts at once so it was too much of a hassle for clients who wanted to schedule 5 appts. I like that Acuity allows them to do it in one form.
The program is not always easy to use but it's not overly complicated to get the basics set up.
The customer support has been responsive and any emails I've sent have been answered within 24 hours.

It is a great program for simple appt scheduling and integrating with a website. It's also great for clients who make multiple appts. It's not good when you need to create a buffer around appts if you use another calendar system like Google and sync the two together.
