Excellent Functionality That Has Been Very Valuable
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign
As a B2B company that is heavily reliant on applications to move forward in our sales processes, Adobe Sign has been very valuable to us with its flexibility and options for creating different types of documents. We use integration with our CRM system which allows us to send applications directly to customers, a web form that allows website visitors to fill out an application before making contact with us, and we love the ability to create rules and workflows. Our only complaint at this juncture is some minor limitations with the web forms, but overall Adobe Sign enables us to be extremely productive with a small team.

We felt Adobe's branding and trustworthiness as a great fit for what we do, considering we deal with many sets of sensitive information. We also use other Adobe products, so it was a natural fit with the rest of our mix of tools. We also felt the advanced functionality would be something very valuable to us as we scale.
