Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now for the whole company. That includes HRB, Payroll and Time and Attendance. Our employees suggest the system be easier for time and attendance. Also, the implementation for the benefits was slightly frustrating for the first year. Other than that, the over all experience is good.
Pros
- Payroll transmission is easy.
- Entering new hires.
- Cohesive of each module.
Cons
- Setting up Time and Attendance for Supervisors and Hourly employees.
- HRB Reporting could be more user friendly.
- When terminating employees, you have to be very careful of the timing.
- Time and Attendance should have an option for time only employees (ie foreign employees for time tracking)
- Increased employee efficiency in time keeping and benefits.
- Faster access to the system from any computer.
- Reporting is good but it may be confusing first for some who are used to ReportSmith.
Over all the system has what we need. Also, for the employees, it is easier to have iPay, Timesheets, Benefits and Self Service in the same system. This will eliminate the problems of having multiple logins and passwords for different systems.
