Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Workforce Now is being used across the organization, for our 40 locations, in place of paper time cards and time summaries for time and attendance tracking. This has allowed payroll to transition from data-entry to a more Q/A approach. It also has some employee self-serve options to offload some other day-to-day administration from payroll.

- Good interface, bright and modern, much nicer than the performance pak look, and a much friendlier environment to open up to employees.
- Easy to customize so we can track anything and everything we want.
- Policy roll out greatly simplifies the printing, signing and scanning we were doing.
- Would like more control over the front dashboard. There are only a few basic layouts and some of the widgets don't seem to fit in the area provided.
- Because there's so much customization, management can be daunting, especially in the beginning when you're not sure exactly what you need or want.
- Some of the functions are difficult to find, in a few layers of menus.
- The field is having some issues adapting to the new system, so there is some frustration there.
- As more employees are terminated that started on WFN, we are able to do electronic ROEs to save time.
- HR has had a greater array of information to run reports and analyze compensation data to better understand trends.
Workforce Now is so much more robust than the other two. Workforce Now is an all-around solution for HR and Payroll, while the other two were mostly focused on the act of getting people paid. Workforce Now allows us to not only pay people, but also improve our business and optimize processes.
