Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce now was used in my previous company to manage all employees, allow for "self service" on boarding for new employees, and during the termination process. We also ran reports on employees and maintained updated profiles on each employee using WFN. HR rolled it out, and I would manage the system, show employees how to use it and help them make changes or updates to their WFN user profile. We also used this system for health benefit elections and company policy updates. It solved the issue of having too many things in too many places, and allowed HR to have 1 location to direct employees to for everything they needed.
- User friendly- I found that the UI was intuitive
- Allows for easy new hire setup and employee termination process- the wizards built in for each of these functions is a time saver and easy to navigate through
- The initial setup and implementation was painful. Took months and was never perfect. Many things did not transfer successfully from our old system to WFN, and I had to do hours of manual input.
- Using this system fast and effectively takes quite a bit of training, even for someone who has used ADP before. WFN is an entirely different beast.
- Even though we had multiple reps helping us with the setup, and to learn the WFN system, I found that the customer service was lacking. It would take too long to get responses, or the help that I needed most of the time.
- Unsure of what it cost my then manager to purchase, but the amount of my time it took to get this rolled out and working was overwhelming. Unsure of how cost effective this was.
