Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now was used at my previous company by HR and Accounting/Payroll for approximately 350 full-time employees and contractors. We were on version 2, which proved to be a challenge with multiple versions of software tied together. The HR (HRB) side did not always communicate with the payroll side, and it proved difficult in a time where technology rules the world of payroll. The user interface was archaic, as was the open enollment function we asked all employees to use. In a creative environment, ADP didn't have the customization or capabilities we needed.
Pros
- Maintains employee history
Cons
- Make the interface more user friendly.
- Ensure clients software is updated periodically.
- Stay ahead of trends - lots of cheaper, more user friendly payroll companies are entering the market.
- ADP increased our cost year over year without upgrading our system or providing any payroll support. Terrible experience.
