Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is used for HR, payroll, benefit administration, performance management, and recruitment.

Pros

  • Excellent single sign-on platform.
  • All-inclusive recruitment module.

Cons

  • Would like to see more sophisticated reporting, perhaps through Crystal reports.
  • Would like to have the option to update our own G/L account structure.
  • Positive ROI impact
We selelcted Workforce Now because it met all of our business needs for a very affordable price.
