Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use Workforce Now throughout the company. It's flexible to fit the needs of all of our staff, employees on the road and in the office. Salary staff can log in to record their time anywhere there is internet access. The hourly employees use the biometric option.

- Fully functional HR System
- Time and Attendance System
- Sometimes difficult to find where to access or change info if you aren't in a template or wizard.
- Help info is usually too detailed right away, and [there are] too many options. Would like to be able to zone in on the correct topic first. Too many options.
- Allowed vs. Taken PDO (Personal Days off)- Making corrections is sometimes difficult.
- For a small to medium sized company, it makes my job easier.
- Difficult to hand off access [to someone else].
- Being able to learn functions of system, hate all the webinars. Would like a customer service rep.
The system manages more data. Integrating the timeclock is the biggest time savings.
Not the cheapest, but the company name and size makes me feel comfortable that my annual taxes and reporting are handled appropriately.
